I enjoyed a really nice whisky last night: apple, spice, sherry-like fig, and multifaceted vanilla — both fresh vanilla pod and cream soda. Nice. And no, you can’t have any of this whisky. Neither can I, because I threw some Glenfiddich 18 into the bottle this morning, so what I had last night doesn’t quite exist anymore.
